Habit Wine Company by Jeff Fischer

And after years of searching almost every corner of California and beyond, Jeff Fischer knew immediately that he had found his grape!!!

J. Dirt Wines by Brook Williams
J. Dirt Wines was founded by a husband and wife team that in 2020 celebrated their 31st year in the wine business. During the past 10 years, they have been growing wine grapes for others craft wineries (such as Dragonette, Storm, Story of Soil, just to name a few!), but they found they needed more and started what owner, Brook Williams, calls their “side hustle”. The J. Dirt Demeter Certified Bio dynamic vineyard AND wine making started back in 2013. They own almost 700 acres and only actively manage about 200 acres. The remaining acreage is left untouched as wildlife habitat and water shed. The wine making goal each year is to find the blocks and varieties that most represent the uniqueness of each vineyard site and the character of the growing season. Then using the Bio dynamically grown grapes and applying Bio dynamic wine making practices, J. Dirt highlight the purity of each wine’s sense of place and time. You are probably VERY familiar with their vineyards: Duvarita, Slide Hill and Christy & Wise. The Williams only produce two wines and we have them here just for you!
2018 Duvarita Viognier
2017 Slide Hill Syrah

Moonlight Brewing Co., Santa Rosa.Founded in 1992 by Brian Hunt
The Moonlight brewery and processes are on the traditional pre-industrial side. They use a single-step infusion mash and boil in a direct fire copper kettle. The resulting ales and lagers are mostly Continental, British, and post-modern American. The myriad of malts and hops they play with come from Europe and North America in Brian's never-ending pursuit of delicious beer.
Reality Czeck Pilsner – Czech style Pilsner. Soft, delicate and clean with a distinct freshness reminiscent of fresh baked bread and dreamy floral hops.
Death & Taxes - A San Fransisco-Style Black Lager. Deceptively light-bodied and highly drinkable. Drinks like iced coffee with a different effect.
