It's been several years since we sat down with Brook Williams of J. Dirt wines and talked biodynamics, farming and wine so it's about time we invited him back in to chat with you. In this current climate of the "natural" wine craze, Brook is my go to for honest and easy to understand information on natural, organic, biodynamic, SIP Certified and everything in between.
