This was a collaboration with Karen and Shari of Skipper's Brew featuring the flavors of Australia for their Platypus Cafe. Unfortunately, they had to close the cafe soon after starting to server this cider. We feel the loss of queer space keenly and hope that this will be a delicious reminder of their contributions and sacrifices to create queer space.
