Every year we host a homebrew competition here at Wild Fields Brewhouse, and the winner gets to brew their recipe with us on our system. This year Mark Paulick won first place for his New Zealand Pilsner called Cloudbreak. Congrats Mark!! This NZ Pils is packed with a stellar lineup of hops, including Nelson, Motueka, Riwaka, and Citra. Bold, yet also crushable with that clean lager finish. We hope you find it as interesting and flavorful as our team of judges did.
